Eating food as close to nature as possible helps us to maintain a healthy mind and a healthy body. Here is where I share my healthy recipes and plant-based cooking.

 I love discovering new things in the kitchen. You may be fully vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or simply seeking for healthy recipes-- either way, you can discover many healthy recipes here. 

Most of the recipes are gluten-free and refined sugar-free and easy to prepare and cook.

 To have good health, we need to take care of our body, mind, and soul. We all have the power to become a witness and discover the inner stillness and health that lies within. Recipes are available in English, Japanese and French.

  All the recipes are from natural ingredients and free from artificial additives.

Radhe yoga is a place where you can experience the authentic and traditional yoga practices from India, such as Sivananda Yoga, yin yoga, laughter yoga, gentle flow, mindfulness yoga and meditation. Our classes are suitable for all levels and ages. We aim to create a friendly and supportive environment for everyone, so whether you want to relax, energize, heal, or explore your inner self, we have something for you.

Listening to your body, respecting your body, and you will benefit from the physical and mental healing effect of yoga. After a class, you feel rejuvenated, energized and relaxed by taking a moment from busy daily life.

When you practice asanas (Hatha Yoga ) The two energies, “The Sun energy =Ha ”and “The moon energy =Ta” are joining together, (yoke) and balancing these two energies. Hatha means ‘force’ and is more traditionally defined as ‘the yoga of force’.

Through the practice of yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and awareness, we will be able to balance the opposite energies of the body/mind (sun and moon) and create union (Yoga ) Yoga is not about how flexible you are. It's about becoming in the present, accepting your physical ability and cultivating a sense of harmony in every asana.

The physical benefits of yoga reduce stress, revitalize the systems of the body, and increase flexibility and vitality.

​Yoga and Meditation are holistic approaches to increase your balance and concentration, it also gives you clarity and calms the mind and reduce your anxiety. Yoga enables you to maintain perfect health and tap the infinite source of vital power lying latent within you.

To begin yoga, all you need is comfortable outfits and a yoga mat. A long time ago in India, people were enjoying yoga even without yoga mats. It was just with a piece of cotton!

毎月一度、ウーマンズサークル(Women’s Circle)の集まりを予定しています。このウーマンズサークル(Women’s Circle)/女性のサークルは、女性のための集まりです。 「女性が集まると、世界は癒される。」と古代から言われ続けてきました。このサークルは、すべての女性、年齢層に開かれたスペースであり、女性に力を与えるつながりを作ります。古代から男性が狩りに出たあと女性たちは集まり、自分たちのことを語り合ってきました。女性のサークルは、女性が自分の本当の自分を共有するための安全な場所を提供するのに役立ちます。そこでは、女性は自分の声を見つけ、自分の力を取り戻し、自分の自尊心を思い出すことができます。 普遍的な神聖な女性のエネルギーを尊重しながら、あなたのユニークな多様性を祝うことができます。
