The Wisdom of Seven Generations

Radhe deeply respects the Indigenous wisdom of the Seven Generations principle—the idea of considering the impact of our choices on the generations yet to come.

This teaching reminds us that our actions today are not only connected to our own lives, but also to the well-being of future generations. It encourages us to live with awareness, responsibility, and respect for the Earth and all forms of life.

Inspired by this philosophy, Radhe values the protection of nature, the mindful use of resources, the preservation of cultural wisdom. She believes that all forms of life are interconnected, a principle that deeply resonates with the yogic understanding of unity and harmony.

For Radhe, every choice we make is a seed we plant for the future.

 About Radhe

Radhe is the founder and main teacher of Radhe Yoga. Radhe is a certified yoga teacher, reflexologist, Ayurvedic therapist, Early childhood educator, and social activist.

She is passionate about sharing the timeless wisdom of yoga while inspiring a way of living that is simple, mindful, and in harmony with nature.

Her yoga journey began during her university studies in Taiwan, where she discovered the transformative power of yoga. Inspired by its teachings, she traveled to the Himalayas in India to complete her teacher training in Sivananda Yoga, one of the traditional lineages of yoga. Since then, she has continued to deepen her practice through ongoing studies in yoga and Ayurveda in India.

Radhe has taught traditional Hatha Yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and meditation in Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada. While living in Toronto, she worked as a manager at a Sivananda Yoga Centre, where she taught yoga and meditation classes, led yoga retreats, and introduced yoga and mindfulness practices to teenagers through both private and public schools.

She has also supported international yoga teacher training programs in India as an English–Japanese interpreter and course counselor, assisting students throughout their learning journey. During one of these programs, she had the opportunity to appear on Mathrubhumi News, participating in a two-week morning yoga television series.

Alongside her yoga practice, Radhe has a deep interest in Ayurveda, natural healing, herbs, and mindful nutrition. During her time in Canada, she worked in the open kitchen of Whole Foods Market, where she explored organic cooking and discovered the healing potential of plant-based food. After following a vegetarian lifestyle for several years, she now enjoys creating nourishing recipes using local, seasonal, and natural ingredients.

A nature lover at heart, Radhe embraces a simple and sustainable lifestyle inspired by the principles of permaculture. In Australia, she studied with Jayavinda, a permaculturist and kinesiologist in Byron Bay, where she experienced living close to nature while helping to build an eco-compost toilet and living simply in a campervan in the mountains. She also participated in Bush Regeneration projects, helping to restore and protect native forests.

To further deepen her understanding of natural healing and holistic well-being, Radhe moved to France to study naturopathy in Paris. There, she explored various fields including nutrition, orthomolecular nutrition, anatomy, phytotherapy, aromatherapy, and reflexology.

These studies naturally complemented her background in yoga, Ayurveda, and her connection with nature, allowing her to develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between the body, mind, plants, and the Earth.

Today, Radhe continues to cultivate this connection with nature by growing vegetables and herbs in shared community gardens (*Les Jardins Partagés*) in Alsace, France. She enjoys plant-based cooking and creating nourishing recipes using local, seasonal, and natural ingredients.

Through her teaching and everyday life, Radhe hopes to share the joy of yoga, mindful living, and healthy nourishment. She believes that yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a way of life that nurtures awareness, compassion, inner peace, and harmony within ourselves, with others, and with the natural world. Outside of yoga, She loves hiking, camping, kayaking, and exploring the mountains.

I truly believe that we are all one, and that there is no real separation between us. Although we may have different thoughts, beliefs, and backgrounds, we can connect through a deeper sense of awareness and spirituality that transcends our differences and unites us as one human family.

I also believe that caring for the Earth is one of our greatest responsibilities. Every choice we make today shapes the world that future generations will inherit. May we always remember the wisdom of the Seven Generations and live with awareness, compassion, and respect, leaving a healthier, more peaceful world for the children of tomorrow.
