Sweet potato porridge for breakfast
Starting your new day with porridge is the best option if you want to feel light after breakfast. I used to eat this sweet potato porridge when I was stadying Taiwan. It's very easy to make and nice to eat especially in cold winter.
Here is the recipe.
【Ingredients Serves 3】
1 sweet potato
1 cup of water
a pinch of salt
【Recipe】
1. Peel the skin of sweet potato and soak them in water for 10 mins, then dice into about 2 cm.
2. Wash the rice and place the sweet potato and the rice into a pot, then put 10 cups of water and cook with lower heat until the rice and sweet potato become very soft, add a pinch of salt if you need.
